The Service Charge for your call-out and repair/diagnosis is £88.00 including VAT + Parts if any are required. The Service Charge covers you for the Callout and ALL the time to do the repair. Whether it takes one hour, six hours or even a second visit if a part is needed that has to be ordered, there are no incremental or hidden charges. I do carry most commonly used parts and I do still charge if upon diagnosis the appliance is deemed to be beyond economical repair.
